Tom Hellauer is a staff videographer and multimedia coordinator at the Denver Gazette. Tom earned a Bachelors in photojournalism and a Masters in visual editing from the University of Missouri, joining the Denver Gazette in September 2022.
Prior to joining the Denver Gazette, Tom covered environment, culture and more topics for publications including the San Francisco Chronicle, SFGATE, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Denver Westword and more.
When not in the newsroom or in the field, Tom loves to spend his time in Cheesman Park, the mountains and at concerts.
